What are your hours of operation?

Our headquarters in Waukesha, WI is open Monday-Friday, 8am – 5pm CST.

When will I hear back after submitting a Contact Us form on your website?

In general, you can expect a response within 1 business day.

I last worked with someone from Storage Systems Midwest, do I have the right company?

Yes, prior to August 2017, Axiom was known as Storage Systems Midwest.

Do you have an online catalog?

Do you work with companies outside of Wisconsin?

Absolutely. We work with companies throughout the Midwest (and beyond). We recommend submitting a contact form on our Contact Us Page or calling us to see if we can assist.

You’re a material handling provider...what exactly does that mean?

Axiom is considered a material handling integrator, which means we utilize our vast network of vendor partners and our in-house teams to design, engineer, and implement material handling systems for our customers.

SALES

Can I get a quote for a specific product or part?

Yes. If you know what product you’re looking for or have a part #, include it in your detailed message when submitting a contact form on our Contact Us Page.

Can I submit an order through the website?

Not at this time. Instead, you can request a quote via our Contact Us Page and one of our sales reps will reach out to assist shortly after.

Do you charge to have someone come out for a site visit?

No, our salespeople and service associates are happy to do a site visit and provide a complimentary consultation.

I have a specific brand of product I’m looking for. Do you work with them?

If you have a particular company or brand in mind, you’re welcome to visit our Vendor Partnerships Page to verify if we’re partners. Otherwise you can submit a form on our Contact Us Page and we’ll be happy to assist.

I lost the contact information for my sales rep. Can you assist?

Yes. Simply fill out our contact form on our Contact Us Page and we’ll try and get you in touch with your sales rep, or set you up with a new one!

Can I submit a service request?

Yes. If you are in need of service or maintenance, you can either fill out the contact form on our Contact Us Page or call our service line at 888-776-7032.

Do you assist with product modifications and relocations?

Yes, our service team handles pallet rack moves, modifications, altering unit height (for VLM), adding accessories, and other product relocations. Submit a service request on our Contact Us Page or call our service line at 888-776-7032 to see if we can assist.

Do you service and support vertical lift modules (VLMs)?

Yes, our service team has years of experience servicing and maintaining a variety of VLM products.

Do you offer spare parts packages?

Yes, we offer customized spare parts packages unique to your equipment and needs.
