A STEP-BY STEP GUIDE TO A SAFER WAREHOUSE

From the initial pallet rack assessment and in-depth recommendations from our in-house experts to the new rack implementation or repair, Axiom is there for you with our expertise at every step of the process.

#1: THE ASSESSMENT

It all starts with you. Give us a call or fill out a form to get the conversation started. From there, we’ll send our experienced rack inspection team member(s) to assist you in assessing any potential damage or pain points in your pallet racking through a COMPLIMENTARY on-site rack assessment.

#2: OUR RECOMMENDATIONS

Once we’ve completed our overall assessment of the damage and/or current condition of the pallet rack, we’ll reach back out to you with a detailed report of our recommendations and additional insight on what the best course of action would, tailored exclusively to your warehouse and business. To do this, we rely on over 35 years of pallet rack selling, installation, and repair experience.

#3: THE IMPLEMENTATION

At this point, it’s up to you to decide whether you’d like to go ahead with some or all of the recommendations Axiom has provided. It could be as simple as installing some additional rack guards or rack repair kits—we may also recommend upgrading your existing system entirely. Either way, you can count on Axiom to swiftly handle any and all implementation requirements.

#4: UPKEEP

After you’ve completed the assessment, reviewed our recommendations, and implemented the repairs or replacements, you’ll still need to strongly consider the upkeep of your pallet rack. Typically, we’ll recommend to customers an annual inspection of all pallet racking from a qualified source (Axiom). Simply speak to your Axiom representative about setting up a rack inspection schedule and you’re all set! Enjoy the peace of mind knowing your valuable product is well cared for and protected.

Axiom offers a complimentary first-time pallet rack inspection. There will be a charge for additional inspections.

What is the typical cost of rack repair?

The cost of a rack repair will vary depending on the number of damaged uprights, extent of the damage, etc.

What are Axiom's qualifications for doing rack inspections and repair?

How long can I go without doing a rack inspection?

We typically recommend companies to consult with a third party (Axiom!) for rack inspections on a yearly basis.

How long does a rack inspection take?

This will depend on how much damage there is and how large the warehouse or area is that needs to be inspected.

How long does a rack repair take?

This will depend on the same factors as the rack inspection. In general, however, a repair takes less time than a full replacement.
